Welcome to Haize & Honey. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, and your purchase of any products from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

1. About Us

Haize & Honey is a luxury handcrafted cookie brand operating out of Arizona. All products are made to order in small batches using a licensed commercial kitchen facility.

2. Products

All cookies are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in appearance, size, and color between batches are normal and part of the handmade nature of the product, not a defect.

Product photography is for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify recipes and packaging at any time without notice.

3. Allergen Disclaimer

Our cookies are prepared in a facility that also processes wheat, eggs, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is free of cross-contact with these or other allergens.

Full ingredient lists are available on each product page. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients and allergen information before purchasing or consuming any product. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please contact us before ordering with any questions.

Haize & Honey is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse health effects resulting from consumption of our products.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or inability to fulfill due to ingredient or production constraints.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Haize & Honey is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

Because our products are food items made in small batches, we cannot be responsible for spoilage or quality issues caused by shipping delays, extreme temperatures in transit, or improper handling after delivery.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable, food-safety-sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has shipped, except as required by law.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at haizeandhoney@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to the Haize & Honey name, logo, product names, recipes, photography, and written content — is the property of Haize & Honey and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haize & Honey and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or consumption of our products, including but not limited to allergic reactions, illness, or dissatisfaction with product quality.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall Haize & Honey be held liable for damages exceeding the amount paid in the last 12 months.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
